Success at the World Beer Awards & Great Taste Awards 2023

Brewing has been our passion for over 245 years, so we’re delighted to announce that not one, but six of our beers have received the seal of approval at the World Beer Awards and Great Taste Awards 2023.

First up, were four World Beer Award wins in the ‘Flavoured Beer’ category…

Cranborne Poacher: England, Gold & Country Winner

Golden Champion: England, Silver

Blandford Fly: England, Silver

Master Stoat: England, Bronze

Not forgetting an England Silver IPA win for the Fropical Ferret.

Then, at the 2023 Great Taste Awards, the stouts came out on top, with our Outland Milk Stout receiving two stars and Badger Master Stoat receiving one star. That calls for a celebration, don’t you think?

On the recent award wins, Head Brewer Toby Heasman said: “The Badger brewery is proud to continue its recent success in being recognised by winning beer awards. We are proud to have collected eight recent awards and medals across the World Beer Awards and Great Taste Awards. We were especially proud that the awards were across new and older beers, and great that the Outland range got recognition. The icing on the cake was the Outland artwork and designs being crowned Supreme Champion at this year’s World Beer Challenge.”
